We accept no engagements without first making a thorough evaluation of the needs of the client company, the goals of its management and the fit between our two companies. The Preliminary Survey provides both the client and us the opportunity to determine the appropriateness of a potential business engagement. Our process can be split upto 3 stages

Preliminary Survey :~


As the first step for every prospective client, our preliminary survey of business process outsourcing not only confirms, for both you and us, that your business has areas that will benefit from our business solutions, but it also outlines every potential savings area within your company. The survey is conducted at no cost or obligation to your business. A Progen Business Services Analyst selected for each client by a council of our most experienced managers, works at your location or over the phone to make sure the preliminary business survey is completed. Our Analysts dig deep into your processes reviewing your company's requirements, organization, control, policies, procedures, and more. All aspects of the review are then discussed with each client. The survey is complete only when you, the Analyst and our project team are satisfied that all areas have been explored and all requirements completely defined. At that point, all requirements and our recommendations are discussed and priced, allowing prospective clients to make an informed decision whether or not to contract our business solutions services. After requirements have been determined and goals and objectives have been set a project manager is assigned to the account that best suits the project requirements. The project manager then formalizes operation procedures as well as assembles a team of specialists that best suits the tasks at hand. All clients interact with every member of their team all the while finalizing each stage of documentation, project flow, reporting guidelines, and staff coordination. The assessment stage is conducted to help formulate customer goals by incorporating the following.

   Formulating/Revising Process
   Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
   Formalizing Reports/Progress Flow
   Client approval and Revision

Once procedures and guidelines are approved by the client we begin the project at hand with a no obligation trial period. This period that can range form 7-14 days dependant on the complexity of the project and its scope. After the trial period is over the relationship can move forward or can cease at the customers request.
