The information received when you apply for quotations on service request may be proprietary in nature or confidential to your organization. We treat all such information in strict confidence and destroy any information that is provided if a relationship is not achieved. Although our standard process is to provide a signed Non disclosure contracts on all projects we accept this is usually done at the time you have selected Progen Business Services as a provider. We therefore provide you with a blanket Non disclosure on any proprietary information we receive through our website in the sales cycle.

Shipping Liability Waiver :-

After you place an order you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. This tracking information will give you the estimated time of delivery from the designated carrier. Progen business Services can not be held responsible for the following Package left outside or shipments "disappearing" due to a signature waiver being on file (UPS/Fedex/USPS shipments), or no one being home to receive the Package (UPS/Fedex/USPS shipments).Any orders placed should be delivered to a place where a package can be received. Once the items are reported as delivered by the respective services, we can no longer be held responsible.
